The official Roblox description now says “NEW CODE AT 20,000 LIKES.” That is a promise/status signal, not a redeemable string. Current public code pages have updated faster on Like4Eggs than on the next milestone code, so this page will add the 20K string only after the game or stronger current trackers actually publish it.

Open Duck Duck, select Shop on the left, scroll to Redeem Codes, enter the code exactly and select Redeem.
Check capitalization, remove spaces, confirm you have not already claimed it and remember that a code can expire after the checked date.
